BioSteel Camp Program Terms and Conditions

Agreement to Terms: By submitting the form, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Program Overview: 

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between BioSteel Canada ("we" or "merchant") and team representatives ("you" or "representative") who refer customers to our products or services through the BioSteel Sponsorship Program.

2. Eligibility:

• You must be 18 years or older to apply for your own account. 

• For minors, your account has to be managed and operated by your parents/guardians. [Have your parents send us an email over at sponsorships@biosteel.com confirming their management of your account.].

• Necessary accounts must be created via PayPal to receive commission payments.

3. Registration Approval:

• BioSteel reserves the right to approve or reject any Camp program registration at our sole discretion.

• We also reserve the right to reject anyone who does not meet our camp program criteria.

4. Representative Links and Discount Codes:

• Upon sign-up, representatives can create their own 20% discount code and unique link.

• Sales made via the discount code will earn a 10% commission.

• In cases of abuse and fraud, our team will send the representative a warning message/email to rectify the said offence. If the representative fails to do so, their account will be shut down. 

• Discounts attached to the representative’s code may be disabled at our discretion.

5. Commissions and Payments:

• Commissions: 10% on sales made via your discount code and link.

• Cashback: 10% on purchases made at participating retailers when uploading receipts.

• To receive commissions, representatives must have a PayPal account as specified in the payment settings of their account.

• Commissions earned the previous month are sent out 30 days after. 

6. Tracking and Cookies:

• Our system uses cookies to track individuals who click on your team representative link.

• Cookies remain active for 30 days, ensuring commissions for purchases made by users who initially visited our site through your link.

7. Ethical Promotion:

• Representatives must engage in ethical promotion. Non-ethical practices such as manipulative SEO marketing or excessive advertising may result in disqualification.

• Disqualified representatives must re-register to participate again.

8. Content Sharing:

• By sharing pictures or videos with us or on social media, you grant BioSteel the right to republish your content on our social media accounts.

9. Tax Responsibility:

• Representatives are responsible for handling their own tax obligations. BioSteel is not liable for any tax-related responsibilities.

10. Shipping Fees:

• Shipping fees for the 10 free BioSteel team bottles are the responsibility of the representative.

• Shipping fees for prizes won from our monthly prizes are also the responsibility of the representative, if applicable.

11. Program Abuse and Fraud:

• BioSteel reserves the right to disable and permanently ban accounts if program abuse or fraud is detected.

• Discount codes found on discount code sites will be automatically disabled, and the representative will be notified. Representatives will have 30 days to create a new discount code. If a new code is not created within this period, the representative's account will be paused.

• Discount codes may be disabled during sales with applied discounts, but commissions can still be earned via unique links/URLs.

12. Withdrawal from Sponsorship Program:

• To withdraw from the Sponsorship Program, contact us at sponsorships@biosteel.com.

13. Support:

14. Changes to the program

BioSteel reserves the right to apply changes and updates to the program without prior notice.
