The terms and conditions outlined here govern the relationship between individuals utilizing or participating in the Program, acting as both a merchant ("we" or "merchant") and an event organizer ("you" or "representative") referring customers to our products or services.
By engaging in the Program, you, as the representative, agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms in their entirety, kindly refrain from registering as a representative or participating in the Program.
Registration Approval or Rejection:
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Sponsorship Program Registration at our discretion. Please note that there will be no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Sponsorship Program Registration.
Representative Links:
While representative links are automatically generated, you also have the option to create a unique link. In the event that a person clicks on another representative's link and subsequently clicks on yours, your link will take precedence.
Commissions and Payment:
Refer customers to make purchases on our website, and you will earn flat 20% commissions. There is no distinction between new and recurring customers, and no discounts are applicable. Commissions will be paid to representatives via PayPal, as specified in the payment settings of their account.
Marketing Tools:
While we do not promise any physical marketing materials, we may provide you with promotional media, such as banners, logos, or specific collection promotions through the Marketing Tools tab.
Link Expiry:
Your representative link will be disabled after the day of your event.
Prizes:
There are no prizes associated with this program. Your focus is to sell through your link and earn a straightforward 20% commission.
Ethical Promotion:
We emphasize the importance of ethical promotion. Any use of your link for sales generated through non-ethical practices may result in disqualification. This measure is in place to maintain fairness for all event organizers and preserve the integrity of the program.
Content Sharing:
If you share pictures or videos with us or on social media while being a part of the program, we reserve the right to republish your content on our social media accounts.
Tax Responsibility:
It is the responsibility of the individual receiving the money to handle tax obligations. We are not liable for any tax-related responsibilities.
Removal from Sponsorship Program:
If you wish to be removed from the Sponsorship Program, please contact us at sponsorships@biosteel.com.
